Eating

This week we are eating:

Lasagna stuffed mushrooms
Shredded Pork Enchiladas
Pasta Primavera
Chicken Salad (It's PW but I change it up a bit)

Chicken Salad (From Beth F.):

Stir together, put in fridge:
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. sugar ( I use light brown sugar)

Add to bowl in fridge:
2 cups shredded or diced cooked chicken
2 or 3 celery stalks, chopped
3 green onions, sliced
2 to 3 cups red&green grapes, halved
