This Week...

It's Monday and we have been in time out three times before 12pm- so we will see how the rest of the week goes...

This week we are baking Blueberry coffee cake , voting on Tuesday and starting CBS again!

Dinner up for this week is:

M:Pasta with spinach and a cheese cream sauce (she calls it something complicated)
T: Chicken Ranch pizza
W: Spaghetti
R: Roast
F: Left overs
S: Hamburgers
S: Pancakes (see Eat page)

We are going stone age Sunday and loosing the cable and starting Netflix. So long Directv. It's been a great, long, expensive three years. Our goal is a year. With college football right around the corner, it is going to be a long, long, long fall.

He loves to play in Dad's dress shirts (ignore the mess of a house)!

Ryland comes to play!

Ryland came to play a few Fridays back and we had a great time. Robert would stand at one side of the door and Ryland would ring the doorbell and then Robert would ask, "who is it?" They laughed and played for hours, Ryland even taught Robert how to drink from a straw.


Robert slept until 9 the next morning and asked for him right when he woke up. We can't wait for him to come play again!

Meals for the week...

Monday- left over Spaghetti
Tuesday- Asian Steak, rice, veg.
Wednesday- Chicken of some sort- rolled up maybe?
Thursday- Crock Pot
Friday- Out
Saturday- Lunch, Pizza in freezer Dinner- leftovers
Sunday- Griddle Cakes

Robert loves his new Car Pajamas and never turns down a chance to wear any form of a shoe.

Griddle Cakes
Ranch Chicken Pizza (I used the roll out dough crust by the Cinnamon rolls and added 1/2 bag of spinach)
Taco Pasta
Swiss Chicken Casserole
Crock Pot Roast
French Toast

Peach Cake (Can't find the source):

Bowl 1:
3 eggs beaten
1 3/4 cups sugar
1 cup veg. oil

Bowl 2:
2 Cups AP (all purpose, Becca) flour
1tsp Salt
1tsp baking soda
1tsp cinnamon
2cups peaches (chop them up some)

Mix each bowl separately and then combine. Bake on center rack for 50mins- mine I baked in a bunt pan and kept it in the refrigerator after cooled and iced.

Icing:

8oz cream cheese
2tbsp. butter (soft)
2tbsp brown sugar
1tsp vanilla

Blend in mixer, add more sugar/vanilla to preference.
